You may be granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing a website theme at a Non-Exclusive Price. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same theme again if you to use the same design in connection with another or other projects;b) Buyout Purchase License
You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in the case of purchasing a website theme at a Buyout Purchase Price also referred to as Exclusive License. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this theme. After the buyout purchase occurs, the theme is permanently removed from the eCommerce-Themes.com sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not redistribute or resell themes after Buyout Purchase Price.Imagery, Cliparts And Fonts
Imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. One Time Usage License and Developers License give you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in themes may come in a single layer, as is.Modifications
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.Unauthorized Use
If you have not received the Buyout License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.Assignability
You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.Our Refund Policy
Since eCommerce-Themes.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is delivered, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition. Please read the "REFUND POLICY" section (below) for more information.Ownership

We do not install any of our products which require this (Magento interfaces, themes and templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the Theme package price.Antifraud Check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.Thrid-Parties Services
eCommerce-Themes.com may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. eCommerce-Themes.com does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. Since eCommerce-Themes.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
(a) Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us;
(b) Download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product;
(c) Irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for their approval;
